First time. I straightened it as best I could, rolled it up, and carried it to the car, trying to keep it in a horizontal position. Did not help. Many of the loose pieces fell out and we couldn't find them all, so our 500-piece puzzle ended up missing seven pieces. Also, a piece of the puzzle that has already been assembled bends when rotated. Yes! The finished puzzle was not flat. We like to glue our puzzles together and use them as rugs, but even if we didn't lose anything, we wouldn't be able to save it because of the twisting. Just go and buy a piece of felt cloth, that's it. The cylinder-shaped inflatable puzzle does not hold it tight. It was tight for us, but even in the photo you can see that there is a gap between the felt mat and the inflatable cylinder, so even the manufacturer can't tighten it. So how does it prevent loose parts from falling out?
