Review on 🔪 Freud LU80R010: High-Performance 10-Inch 80-Tooth Ultimate Plywood & Melamine Blade by Charlie Dillon

As a hobbyist sawdust maker, I've come to the conclusion that wood cutting tools do the job just fine. My SawStop table saw deserves blades and jigs that match its precision potential. This blade does. I bought this blade to cut oak veneered plywood and I have to say it does the job perfectly. No chips - no splinters! It cuts as fast as I want and leaves a glassy smooth finish. With oak boards, it leaves the same glass surface at the ends. The chart on the blade itself only rates it as slashing and I haven't tried it to see what it does. The angle of the teeth leaves a high, sharp point in the center when the cut is made, so this blade is not intended for applications that require a flat bottom cut. The knife runs quietly and absolutely vibration-free. This will be my plywood blade and sometimes the cross blade. It's worth the price.
