I liked the backpack when it first came out, it seemed nice and sturdy, but when I first tried it I found that the zippers are really difficult to use, the rails are not lying in a line and you had to pull hard to unzip the zippers and close the backpack, then for about two days when the zipper was sewn to the backpack it started tearing, I think because I still have the zipper Had to pull a few times, as usual, to close it. but now my zipper is hanging off my backpack and can't be used anymore. Disappointment with my purchase, I was so excited to receive it and waited longer than I thought it would arrive and then broke within a few days which was frustrating.
