I bought this for various projects that were piling up and waiting to be completed. It works as intended, and while I don't need attachments to tweak the attachment a bit, it's nice to have options. It's a bit overkill for shrunken windows, although I did it in record time. I had to shape some large plastic shells to wrap around a corner without bending or bending. It was perfect for this project, except there's not a really good way to place it between uses when I need two hands to shape it before it cools and hardens. I ended up using attachments to solve this problem. I just laid it back on its side in the case so the nozzle was resting on top of the nozzles. It worked well but some pain when opening the case which was annoying. The only other issue is with the hull itself. The molded fittings that hold everything in place aren't very practical for the line to rotate back along the handle. Fortunately, this is the right tool to fix it. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it.
