UPDATE: I was so excited when I found this! Replaces an almost identical one that has been my faithful companion for over 20 years! After receiving a product that failed after two months, the company kindly replaced it for free! The new one works great! Doesn't pull your hair and stays hot all the time! Update again: one of the ceramic plates cracked, it didn't have to be dropped or misused. It still works but pulls out most of my hair. I will look for a replacement, another brand
