never been able to use pads. I'm average according to the FOX size chart. However, it felt more like a small one as it was difficult for me to just put it on my hand and then once I did, I had a hard time placing it in the right spot on my hand. I see that with repeated use, with all the effort to put it on, it won't last very long. Returned. Increased in size - Large. The big one was too big and loose. It was like X Large. I read previous sizing reviews but didn't think it was that bad. Now I'm trying a different brand.
