Cute, accurate size chart but poorly tailored

This dress fits exactly as the size chart describes. I took the correct size based on the measurements provided and expected it to fit around my chest. It was exactly the same when I tried it on, so I recommend using the size chart they provided. The dress is 100% polyester as described and does not stretch. The fabric is thin and poorly breathable, but not transparent, and it looks cute with a petticoat. However, it is very light and is easily picked up by a light breeze. The fabric has manufacturing defects. It looks like the fabric has been slightly folded in several places when printed. These imperfections are minor and not very noticeable. The main problem I have is that it is poorly made. It looks like the thread is of poor quality, breaks easily and the seams are not secured properly. The first time I wore this dress I had to mend the seams. It fell apart at both shoulder seams after a few hours of careful use. I'm a seamstress so it wasn't a big deal for me but it was a hassle. I also noticed that the bodice had a seam that was coming undone that I needed to fix. I've only worn this dress twice and only washed it on the gentle cycle to dry. If you buy this dress, even if you take care of it, expect it to be repaired. It just wasn't done well. Please note this is NOT a circle skirt as described. Instead, it's a three-quarter circle skirt. There is enough room below for a skirt or two, but the description is inaccurate - in case anyone cares. As already mentioned, the waistline is much higher than in the photo. The skirt is knit just below the bust line. However, it still looks cute with the included belt and I've had compliments wearing it. buy it again The fabric doesn't feel very comfortable and I don't expect it to last very long as a lot of the stitching has already come undone with minimal use. They're cute, well tailored and made from much nicer fabrics, mostly cotton with some spandex for stretch. ://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B071RXW11X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
