Review on 🧀 Men's Mountain Hardwear Exposure Gore-Tex Gloves - Essential Accessories for Outdoor Adventures by Jill Williams

bring winter! (Well, not *just* yet!)

It's June in NYC so I can't confirm how well they work in winter, but after trying a bunch of gloves I have really high expectations. I use it mainly for blowing snow (when hands often get cold just from not moving them much and gripping the handles slows blood flow) and hiking in nature in the middle of winter. I like that they are thick enough to get the job done, yet flexible enough to hold fan grips and trekking poles. The construction went very well. The leather is very soft and the stitching is tight. When it comes to breathability, Gore-Tex can't be beat, and it takes a lot. Primaloft Gold cross-core insulation with Airgel technology is key here, along with premium Pittards leather. When it comes to extreme weather clothing, you get what you pay for. You have thought of everything. from falling off when taking them off to a loop to help you put them back on. There is a switch to make the end neat so no snow gets in. The only thing I would like to change is a small clip that allows you to hold them together for storage. It's plastic and will likely break over time (between cold weather and regular use). Removing the sprocket is not enough, but a different attachment system would make them perfect for me. I'd say I can't wait for winter, but that would be a lie. But I know that this time my hands will feel more comfortable than in previous years. If I have any experiences (good or bad) that warrant this I will come back to update my review.
