Review on VAN KYO MatrixPad S21 Octa Core by Jason Caldwell

I bought the S10 Matrix tablet in November 2020 (one for my 8 year old and one for my 10 year old). Both tablets worked great! Easy to use and set up and the screen was very clear. My kids love them. However, they were both very rude to the cars. Within 2 months my 8 year old son broke the charging port (that's all it is, NOT a defect on the machine). I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement very quickly, I only had to pay shipping to send the old unit back ($15). My 10 year old was also very rude, dropped it several times and broke the screen (again it's her fault not the car). I'm surprised it took as long as it did for her. I contacted the seller again and he replaced the unit even though the warranty is no longer! Customer service was amazing. And their product works great too!
