I used this to pierce my Medusa. And they worked great. The plastic tube on the outside of the needle made it a bit difficult to puncture as you had to apply some pressure to get the puncture into the tube before inserting the puncture, but overall it was a smooth process. The needles are very sharp and nicely packaged with a label saying they are sterile.
