The flexibility in making plans with multiple attendees is really nice! Having to go through some initial training was annoying, but it did get better as things went along. Sometimes you can't send out reminders or notifications when everyone leaves your event - so I would maybe have liked if there was something we could do about this. There were issues with getting credit card payment made at times of the events. Good experience overall though! It helps us understand what our peers/colleagues want from an employee engagement perspective and plan ways to provide them with those services/interventions. GoodUp is a great tool for engaging employees and the community. The platform is easy to use, the customer service is excellent, and the support team is available at all times. My organization is a small non-profit and GoodUp has been a great fit for us. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is fantastic. I have not found any issues with the GoodUp platform.
