Now I can hear my CB radio without any problems.

It was difficult to hear the small speaker in the Cobra 75 when driving off-road with the radio on low or medium or in inclement weather. This external speaker solved that problem. The speaker works great. Easy to hear. I can't say that the noise canceling feature does much, but it might be different for travel applications. I installed an external speaker on the dashboard of a Jeep JK. Remove the rubber sheet storage tray, remove the mounting bolt and install the mounting bracket with a Jeep factory bolt. Doesn't matter.
