LATEST UPDATE (November 13, 2019) Auxito contacted me and helped me understand that their product has a 1 year warranty , and helped me with a replacement (Take a picture of the affected light). They quickly sent me a free replacement without having to return the damaged unit. This is great customer support. Things will break but the company did everything they could to ensure I had a satisfactory experience. Back to 5 stars. UPDATE: With minimal usage, one of the four lanes has a loose connection at "Y" where it splits into four wires to the lanes. This strip is a different color than the others because one of the colored wires is not powering the LEDs. If I shake it, it will work temporarily, but it won't stay that way. Since I can't return it I can either wrap black tape around the damaged strip to block the light or cut it off at the breakage. Anyway, I have 25% of the lights out. I didn't even install them outside, only inside. This is only after minimal use. Downgraded from 5 to 2 stars. I bought them to use in my RV to light up the bottom of the door to make it easier to find the step in the dark and to add some bling with different colors. Of course, this set is overkill, but it works very well. Only time will tell how durable they are, but I have high hopes for them. Later I will try to edit and attach pictures.
