Very good project management tool suitable to almost all kind of companies

It's easy, fast & reliable for any size business - small or big! I like its simplicity as well because you don't need much resources (IT) when using this software system.
The only thing that i dislike is how sometimes they make changes without informing us first so we have no choice but follow their decisions since there are not enough options available with our current version/edition installed at work place. We use traccied mainly by tracking orders / invoices etc., Also helps me track my own time spent working during different projects within one day easily by just logging into dashboard once daily if needed.

Easy to navigate
User friendly interface
Free downloadable versions can be downloaded from website directly instead downloading through softwares marketplaces.
No installation required unlike other ERP systems in Malaysia such SAP B1C e commerce package which requires user needs technical skills installing it before accessing anything.etc
