The ease to use for customers who are not technical in nature is one thing I like about this system! It's easy enough that even my non-technical friends can figure it out without me having them spend hours learning how everything works first hand (or from someone else). There really isn't anything bad at all here - we've been able get up & running quickly while still being thorough when needed later down the road as our needs change/expand over time. We have yet to find something which has us scratching their head or saying "huh?" but again there aren't any problems either so far :) If you're looking into an SAP solution then look no further than ALGORITHM. They will walk through every step necessary until your happy!!
