The switch is only inoperative after 1 1/2 years.
The fairing side of this switch stopped working after 1.5 years. This switch was starting not to adjust the motor, so again I had to take apart the remote box and connect the red and blue wires to see if it was indeed the faulty switch. It's hard to believe that this one lasted less than 2 years while the original lasted over 30 years. Disappointed.
