The most useful part of ABF is being able to sell tickets, receive reports and do all your accounting with one system! We love how easy it makes our life managing ticketing and customer service as well as account management! Everything works smoothly, we cannot ask for more from them. Nothing so far. Maybe if you were used to using other similar systems this might be annoying but everything has been smooth sailing since we started using these tickets! The most important thing is that it's very easy to use, with a user friendly interface. It has all the features you need to run your business effectively. We've had some issues with support, but I would highly recommend this ticketing system. There are many things we have appreciated about this product. The ability to customize everything from email templates to layouts. Reporting was also a great feature, which was essential in order to keep our employees accountable and informed.
