Availability I liked all the features but this doesn't work for me. So many things not to like. CONS: 1. No food. Difficulty picking up dog hair 2. The trash can is super super tiny3. Dog hair gets stuck in the trash can and is too small to remove with your finger4. It feels heavy and cheap at the same time. This is a very heavy upper, but the base is light and thin. Nozzles are difficult to attach and detach. It feels like it's about to break. The stand is not stable and it is difficult to install the base to charge the vacuum cleaner7. The brush roll does not work on carpet8. The power level control is confusing and there's no direction for it other than hitting the + or - sign, but it toggles through the levels and toggles the reel on/off. More light means less power? There doesn't seem to be any difference between the power levels, so it's hard to tell which is which. FOR 1. I love all attachments. There is light 3. The base rotates perfectly. I bought it on sale for $100 and I feel like I've been scammed. I hope I can return. I do not recommend.
