This cleanser feels quite thick and rich. Because of this, the fact that the cleaner is encased in a rigid plastic bottle makes it very difficult to squeeze out the product. It actually turns me off a lot, and I plan on pouring the rest of the cleaner into an easy-squeeze bottle. The cleaner itself has a good pH of 5.5 according to the pH strip I tested. It also has a noticeable citrus scent which I find refreshing and really wakes you up in the morning. It definitely didn't feel like a rip off, and the somewhat short list of ingredients was a plus in my book. Also, for those who like a good sudsing cleanser, this one lathers well and is a good option. Personally though, I think I would have liked this cleaner better if it wasn't for the tight packaging.
