I've had this product for a week just to test it and I have to say it's quite a good investment for someone who loves light. I'm the kind of person who likes it dark when I'm sleeping and I need to be at work at 4:00 a.m. well before sunrise, so it's not comfortable to use at that time, but anytime around 7 a.m in the morning when i'm supposed to wake up the alarm clock works great. Sleep sounds especially number 2 because they sound like white noise or rain and they either piss me off. I just want it to be a continuous tone, not repetitive. Since the clock is ticking, I recommend you look at the directions. I don't think this is a watch to understand just by looking at it, I couldn't, but once you've read the instructions and tried it, it's not easy to forget. I enjoy it! *edit* I had a power outage last night due to bad weather. The clock went off due to a power failure. When the power came back I did NOT have to reset the clock. It's honestly the best thing about this watch, if the power goes out or goes off, when the power is turned back on it will remain the original settings you chose.
