Review on 💡 Optimized OttLite LED Clamp Lamp: Extra Wide Area with 5 Adjustable Brightness Settings by Jake Jones

I recently purchased this OttLite from Revain. The purchase was made by CeilBlue. I ordered it mainly because of the brand and also because the description said it can be expanded to 44-54 inches. The lamp is only extended to 27 inches. I see that the description in this listing claims the same incorrect information. I have contacted CeilBlue several times and they have always responded but never specifically addressed my question. In my last email I asked if they sent me the wrong product or if the description was wrong. They simply replied that they would return the money and that I should destroy the goods. I would like to add that some of the wording looked like it was an English translation from a foreign language. Note, however, that this lamp is NOT longer than 27 inches, and only if you fully extend the neck, rendering it useless as a table or craft lamp.
