This is a small unit designed for small spaces. It's small, has a small reservoir, and even has a drain line for smaller hoses (which thankfully come with the unit). The device is quiet and pulls moisture out of the air, but claims it can work on an area of 3500 square feet. Feet is a gross exaggeration. He's having trouble maintaining humidity levels in my 450 square foot basement. Feet below 60%. This would probably work best for a single room, e.g. a bedroom. It's easy to use, but be aware that if you're used to draining moisture with a garden hose, it doesn't have hose threads like most larger devices. READ the description carefully, it works best at 90-95% humidity, so maybe it's great if you live in the tropics, but it's by no means a workhorse or a large room dehumidifier. The description should be corrected in my opinion to reflect her true abilities.
