They’re ok. They feel pretty good if standing but feels like you’re sitting on a balloon. The cold doesn’t last for very long either maybe not much more than a half hour.
- I didn't end up using all, but did make postpartum recover easier
- Can be bulky and difficult to wear with certain clothing
