Initial 2 Star Review: White Mug and Warmer (Hot Spot II) received before delivery date. The shipping box was not damaged. The shipping box had a small cosmetic damage as stated in the seller's ad. No ceramic chips were found in the wrapped box. The plain white MUG was broken off in TWO places, one of which was on the rim of the mug, rendering it unusable. There are also three noticeable black spots on the white paint, I don't know what? which was glazed. One of the spots is on the handle, so it's hard to spot. I have contacted the seller through Revain and am waiting for a response. The heater itself appears to be intact and heats up to a nice warm temperature. IF the mug is replaced and shipped to me free of charge. I will increase my rating stars. Also interesting, although I paid $29.95 for it (plus $5 for shipping). said: Kauffman's $12.99 and the date was 1992! UPDATE 3/20/2014: I would like to upgrade my rating from 2 to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service I received after complaining about a chipped mug. I received a quick email response and a week after their initial email response, a replacement mug in perfect condition. Warmer also works well for this date. THANK YOU. I value both speed and courtesy. Excellent work!
