Review on 🌙 Memory Foam Neck Pillow for TravelMate - Grey by Rachel Johnson

I actually bought two of these for an upcoming 7 hour flight (shown in the attached pic, one grey, one blue). The pillows themselves are fine and held their shape for at least one flight. The reason I'm dissatisfied is the quality of the stitching. As you can see in the attached photo, the seam in the center is prone to tearing, which tells me the seam is very weak and poorly sewn. This means if you ever try to remove the outer lining and wash it, it's only a matter of time before the stitching frays and the seams unravel. So yes, the quality is very lacking here, which is really sad because it seems like the rest of the pillow is well made for the price. What really amazes me is that I bought two of these for myself and my spouse. She was frustrated because she was very clean and wanted to wash the bedspread as the description said, but after seeing how easily the stitching ripped she needed to be left alone to prevent further damage.
