Review on Husky Liners 98791 Black Weatherbeater Front & 2nd Seat Floor Liners - Compatible with 2017-2019 Ford Fusion & Lincoln MKZ by Jason Lockwood

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Worst compared to Smartliner and Weathertech.

I don't know why so many people recommend Husky over Smartliner and even Weathertech. Most of the arguments I hear from Fusion Sport owners are that Husky offers better coverage than Weathertech and has never bothered to consider either alternative other than Husky. We have two 2017 Fusion Sports. One has a Smartliner and the other has a Husky. Smartliners blow huskies out of the water. First, the husky liners are paper-thin with lots of sharp spikes that can dig into carpets. It holds up well but the overall feel and quality is terrible. The only plus I can think of is the price. Husky is cheaper than Smartliners, which are cheaper than Weathertech. The Smartliners offer the same coverage as the Husky, while the Weathertechs just seem overpriced and have less coverage. The Smartliners are on par with Weathertech in terms of thickness and feel/quality. Overall: 3/5 stars, choose Husky if you can't afford Smartliners. Otherwise check out Smartliner. I'm not impressed with Husky and be aware we have 2 Fusion Sports so I have access to earbuds from both brands. Most of the reviews here are one-sided, meaning they bought a Husky and didn't try Weathertech or Smartliner. I've been using Weathertechs since they first released digital fit liners for other vehicles, and they haven't. So far, Smartliners have not let me down on three different apps.
