Ideal for small areas!

I recently pierced the helix (upper ear). Regular cotton swabs are too hard to clean around and under jewelry. I bought these hoping they would do the trick and they do! Since there are no photos to compare with a regular size tampon, I included them in this review. The image comparison would help me a lot in my decision.
