Always had trouble finding the perfect phone holder. Sooner or later they all give up and start falling out of the shaft one by one. It annoyed me so much spending all the money I made on all sorts of fasteners UNTIL I saw it in my brother's car. I asked him to get one for me AND IT WORKS AMAZING. I really appreciate it every day because I drive A LOT and love having my phone in front of me even when I'm not using GPS. This product works GREAT, and considering the price? I would be willing to pay LOTS more (but please don't increase the price lol). I have absolutely no complaints, clutch works great, strong magnet, able to hold heavy electronics. I would put 20/10! :)
