size is the issue. The table shown does not correspond to children's sizes.
Good quality, nice knit but too big for my 10 year old with full pads. I took all the necessary measurements before choosing the size and it still turned out to be too big. I ordered a youth medium (according to the measurements on the chart) and it seemed large. It is also larger in the shoulder and neck area.
