I was really hoping this tube would be good for a trip to Oahu. There weren't many reviews at the time of purchase but they were good so I was hoping for the best. I have previously tried a standard hose and found it difficult to breathe through my mouth. I was fascinated by this tube because you breathe through your nose. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the hose on well and it leaked around my eyes, causing water to get in and stinging my eyes. I tried to put it on as tight as possible and ended up with redness and bruising on my forehead. However, the arch fit well and I was able to breathe on my face in the water. Until I completely submerged my head, it worked reasonably well. I was able to snorkel with a board/float and just dip my face in the water. I think if they had different sizes for different sized faces it might have worked better.
