We make about 3 mugs a week in our house so this product gets a lot of use. The good news is that we love coffee. The bad news is that you should NOT buy this. If you attempt to brew iced coffee as intended by this product, most of your coffee grounds will never get wet and will float to the top where it will seep into your coffee. You can do what we did: carefully fill the jug, pour water over the bottom, and then attach the lid to the filter basket. However, this also creates a lot of sediment at the bottom of the pot (because the filter pores are too large for ground coffee). My mother has primroses. It has a much better design, is easier to use and no longer contains coffee grounds in the finished coffee. Take a hard pass on these.
