I like soft materials that feel less like blown plastic furniture. But it still smells like "factory plastic" so spray some factory or something. The only thing I wanted was for it to explode harder than I can, so I deducted a star. If you try to force as much air through as possible and somehow secure the cap, it will still deflate a bit with use. Therefore, do not inflate it too much. But to be honest, it still manages enough support to alleviate the awful feeling of "hunched over" on the plane when sitting in these seats. Plus, you can use it as a knee pad to support your arms and elbows if you're unlucky enough to sit in the middle (and those in the back take the armrests). Haven't used it in a long time so I'm not sure about the durability but I can say I wouldn't recommend it as a pillow especially for air travel unless you're sitting by the window and you can somehow do that support pillows. sides of the fuselage and prevent slipping and sliding.
