Attempted to seal raw chicken wings. At first it wouldn't close because there was too much liquid in the wings. I put the wings in a salad bowl to remove excess liquid but it still wouldn't seal, still too much liquid. So I put a paper towel on the bottom of the bag and a couple on the top where I wanted to seal it and pressed the wings and it sealed perfectly! It sucks in air, and if there's liquid, it sucks it out, which is why it doesn't seal. So the paper towels soaked up the liquid, pulled the air out, and the problem was solved!
