Updated: The company really went out of their way to get it right. The second order worked. Loved this product but it is terrible. waste of money! It seals most of the time we tried but doesn't suck air out! We tried adjusting the bag up and down, left and right etc etc nothing! It will come back as soon as possible!

This vacuum sealer is one of the best we've had. It's smaller than others but works better. It is easier to use and has more suction power when cleaning and sealing. It comes with two rolls of vacuum bags that you can cut to the size you want. It also comes with wrapped gloves for safer handling. This is excellent value for money.

Edit: After the company contacted them they seem very concerned that their product is not working and have asked for it to be repaired. I am impressed with their customer service and will be updating my rating to 4 stars for their excellent customer service. Got it today and it doesn't work. It has zero suction power. Terrible product and I will be returning it tomorrow. I recommend you not to buy it.

It took me a while to get used to it and I wrote a bad review for this item. After applying it I have to say I love this sealant. I did a lot of vacuuming. I ran out of the two rolls of pouches that came with the machine and had to order more pouches. This seal is like my new best friend. I can definitely recommend this seal. Attempted to seal raw chicken wings. At first it wouldn't close because there was too much liquid in the wings. I put the wings in a salad bowl to remove excess liquid but it still wouldn't seal, still too much liquid. So I put a paper towel on the bottom of the bag and a couple on the top where I wanted to seal it and pressed the wings and it sealed perfectly!
