I don't like this bottle. It is almost impossible to pump water through the filter. Trying to contact a company is not easy. A small number of instructions indicate that you can "squeeze" the bottle to make the water easier to handle. The bottle is made of hard plastic, will not shrink. I know what the manufacturer says about the filter but I would like to see some verifiable test results as my life or the life of my family may one day depend on it. The SAWYER filter is much better. There are multiple reviews available, but they all sound like they came out of the same word processor.
