Arrived very well packaged they are not damaged. Comes with all vent caps, 6 springs and 3 installation tools - nothing to install fridge vents. I've found spring tools to be very cheaply made. From the packaging they didn't fit the spring to be attached so I only had to open them a hair's breadth, breaking one of my 2 fingers on one of the tools - the other 2 were fine after opening. Took about 20 minutes to install - I have to admit the two heaters took about 19 minutes of that time, especially the vents. They look great and seem to work well. You'll need to find zip ties or cords small enough to secure the refrigerator vents. Held them in place and they looked like they would fit perfectly. Overall happy with the lids, just wish they had something to attach the fridge vents to. Installed yesterday so I don't know about durability.
