I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service support team who are always willing/able help you set up your account in no time! The only thing is there aren't many templates available so we have had trouble customizing our dashboard with all of my favorite tools within one place (Salesforce). Definitely give this product an try if using sales force or any CRM system out their look into leadninjaoop as well because they can sync both systems together very easily which saves tons off work when needing access from multiple locations at once!! Make sure u take advantage while its free during trial period otherwise will be charged $99 per month after 30 days unless cancel before then. We're able solve issues regarding creating new leads & tracking them throughout funnel process by getting quick reports back about where each prospect stands along way through buying cycle- helping us focus efforts more efficiently.
