The problem is this. I ordered this product for my son's 2006 Chevy Equinox and both remotes are programmed well. He used a remote control but wanted to use another and didn't open the doors. It will block, the panic button will work. It won't unlock because the button just doesn't work properly. I told him to use the warranty key fob that came with it, but he got no response. I would have thought that this product would work for over 3 months and cost him $40 to program for something that doesn't work. The working remote is 5 stars, the one that doesn't work is 1 star, so I'll split the difference. and gave the product 3 stars.
