The Sitz Bath is not properly designed--cheap for a reason. It looked great upon arrival, but not very helpful upon usage. The plastic bath basin is relatively small and lacks strength to support the intended purpose. It was crushed by a 140 lb person during its maiden voyage (didn't happen to the old tub with years of usage). Not much water left in the bath. So forget about the Sitz part of the Sitz Bath, lol.However, the delivery was on time. But sadly, I have to return it.
