I love how easy it is, with one button! It's so much easier than manually inputting all of my data into salesforce every day or week (which can be time consuming). Also makes things look more professional when sending emails/emoji etc - which helps increase conversions as well! Sometimes if there are errors in your CSV file that isn't immediately clear what they mean but after clicking 'next' over 100 times i've just given up haha :p There aren;t any downsides really at this point other then maybe having too many tabs open? But even those may not always affect me personally since we have our own team member assigned who handles emailing us from now until whenever :) We're able automate most tasks within an hour including creating new contacts &amp-quotes using csv files uploaded through webhooks / API calls directly via slack bot integrations without needing manual intervention by.
