Very reflective but cheaply made.
Update: 04/17/2021. The collar is cheap. the reflective tape is peeling and tearing.* Original Review: I bought this collar after my dog left the house one night and couldn't see him in the dark. I also hoped it would match my correction collar. The holes didn't match his existing correction collar, but overall I like the collar. This reflects my black dog very well. It's a little torn so the quality isn't very good, but it's enough for now.
