Overall a great hammer, it's light weight and easy to nail. The small magnet at the top is also handy for inserting the nail with one hand. Just make sure you know where you're aiming. The shock absorber is excellent and works as it should. I pounded on the fence and didn't break the hammer. Even though it was hot, the hammer was light. The hammer itself weighs around 641g, more than the advertised 370g. I don't think this is a disadvantage, as I don't think it's the handle that weighs, it's the head of the hammer. I find it easy to hold and very comfortable. It has a Chinese flag that screams "Made in China" but this decal is easy to remove.
