I ordered this chair as a gift for my daughter's 3rd birthday - it looked great. Unfortunately, a piece broke when assembling the chair. I contacted the manufacturer and they were very kind and sent me a replacement part which arrived a few days later (now unfortunately after my daughter's birthday). When assembling it, I noticed that one of the swing legs was badly glued and didn't match the rest of the chair, and I found that the first piece was torn (I was trying to twist things that never fitted). I kept calling the manufacturer, they were very friendly and sent me a replacement part. This is my third attempt at assembling the chair and this beam is also glued and screwed incorrectly so it doesn't fit either (plus the color scheme is a lot lighter). It's been almost a month since my daughter's birthday and unfortunately I'm taking her apart, putting her in a box and sending her back to Revain. She doesn't have a rocking chair, I have to find her another one (her birthday is long gone), and I'm going to the trouble of providing an item that I thought my child would enjoy . I hope the manufacturer can put their quality control together so that no one else has to go through the experience I just had.
