SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY
They told me they would refund me in full but they kept a lot of my refund. They refused to refund the rest of my order payment. They hid behind the fact that if you use Paypal's pay in 4 service it generates one transaction number for them and a different one for the customer. They know the transaction numbers don't match but are for the same order and they said because it wasn't the "same transaction ID" that the receipt I produced from PayPal isn't for the same transaction. DO NOT USE PAYPAL PAY IN FOUR BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE THIS WAY and it's scary to think people aren't realizing it. Also, on a seperate order they had to refund me because they didn't get the product but refused to refund me for the shipping charge I paid. They cancelled the order, never sent me anything, but refused to refund the shipping charge?!?! They are sneaking money here and there from people and everyone needs to know.

- Items arrived damaged from a seperate order I had with them
- They sold a product they never actually got in. They refused to contact PayPal to sort it out. They deliberately denied evidence presented to them. They had a chance to do the right thing but didn't. I had PayPal send them a confirmation (which they asked for) and they never even looked at it after me asking them to multiple times.
