At first I was disappointed, then SUPER satisfied
At first I was amazed at the size and price! I debated whether to take the pan or not, but decided to go for it. I was a little disappointed when it first arrived. I did what other reviewers said. I vacuumed the rug to inflate it but couldn't tell much of a difference. Luckily I've found that it only needs to be fluffed up by hand! I used an old comb to open up the strands. Now it is much softer than before! I gave it 4/5 stars because of that small flaw, but overall it's a great rug once you figure out how to fluff it!
