Great product when you actually get the right thing

I'm so upset. I have been using this soap for over 2 years now as it is amazing and smells amazing. The order I just received was NOT the product. The color became lighter, the consistency was watery and when we unscrewed the lid the foil was already lifted. So what is the soap mixed with? Of course we are sending them back but as a parent I am disappointed and concerned. To prove my point, I bought a bottle from the store that looks and smells perfect. The counterfeit product is the one on the left. WHAT?
