This is the best wheeled van I have ever bought. I used it to transport my dog from Mexico/Miami/Philadelphia. The handle and wheels worked as they should. I've found this to be very handy when traveling through the airport and on board. It also fits under the seat as required by airlines. I would have given it 4 stars if it wasn't for the fact that I a) wanted a zipper/hole at the top and b) wanted the fabric to be a bit more durable. On the one hand, it's a bit soft, which is handy for crawling under the seat. But on the other hand, if your dog is the same as mine and doesn't dare to climb in, there isn't much resistance. However, it was the most reliable wheel carrier I had out of the four previously purchased. I'm giving it 3.5 stars because it was the first time I could just roll down the aisle of an airplane without drama. So I was very satisfied and my dog felt very comfortable. It was a large size for a dachshund.
