Chemical smell on household items
I was excited when I received them. I have a spider problem and need help. This morning I connected 3 of them. Later, I continued to smell a strong electrical chemical odor. I thought the plugs were burned or overheated but they were all cold. So is it normal that they smell on the first day of use? I plan to turn off the one in the bedroom to get rid of the smell and try again tomorrow. If there is no improvement the next day, they come back and I go back to the drawing board.
