I bought these to decorate my license plate even after seeing a few other reviews from people getting scratched frames. Both were packaged well and came out of the box with no scratches. I put one on my Lexus (yes, it certainly looks stylish enough). I'm really impressed by how much such an inexpensive item can improve the look of my car. The bezel has a low profile so no state or county (above or below) is obscured. A word of advice: make sure you insert your license plate into the tabs on the underside of the frame. I put mine on in the dark and didn't notice them. I was a bit worried about how loose the frame was until I installed another one on my dad's car (I gave him the other one) and noticed the lugs. After reinstalling my plate, everything is very tight. We are both very happy with the look and quality of these frames. I highly recommend it if you are in the market.
