Definitely NOT for a 4 year old!
My 5 year old is smaller but not as abnormal. These socks are VERY big for him. 2-3 inches longer than its legs. I would only recommend them to seriously tall 4-5 year olds and maybe normal 7 year olds, I don't know I only have one child.

- Bought these for my 10 year old son. He loves her! Very cute shark design
Cons
- The quality of the socks is excellent. We only received 3 pairs of socks instead of 4.
